1. General Agreement
These Terms and Conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of FIERO and its valued clients. By placing an order with FIERO, you acknowledge and accept these terms. FIERO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Order Confirmation and Design Finalization
Once an order is placed and confirmed by the customer, all design and fabric selections are final and cannot be changed. The customer must review and confirm the details at the time of the order. After confirmation, no changes, including but not limited to fabric selection, design adjustments, or alterations, will be accepted unless the error was made by FIERO.
3. Trials and Alterations
Custom tailoring is a precise art, and the number of trials required for the perfect fit may vary depending on the fabric, design, and customer specifications. FIERO reserves the right to increase the number of trials as necessary to ensure the final product fits and looks exactly as the customer desires. Clients must cooperate during the trial process.
• If additional alterations are required after the product has been delivered due to changes in the customer’s body structure, FIERO will offer complimentary alterations for up to six months after delivery.
• Trials and alterations are done according to FIERO’s policy and process. Clients cannot demand or impose changes on these procedures, and we kindly ask that the process be respected to ensure the best results.
4. Delivery and Delays
FIERO strives to deliver high-quality products on time; however, delays may occur due to fabric availability, customization requests, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers should be aware that custom tailoring takes time and requires proper scheduling of trials and fittings.
• Clients are required to communicate any urgent requirements ahead of time. While we will do our best to accommodate rush requests, early delivery requests that compromise the quality of the final product may not be fulfilled.
• Delays may also occur if there are issues with the customer’s body measurements, fitting concerns, or alterations. Clients are expected to understand and cooperate during this process.
5. No Refund or Cancellation Policy
Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted, unless there is an error caused by FIERO. In the event that the product does not meet the specifications due to mistakes made by FIERO, the company will replace the product with a new one at no additional cost to the customer.
6. Customer Responsibility
• The customer is responsible for attending all scheduled trials and fittings. Any missed appointments or delays caused by the customer may result in a delay in delivery and are not grounds for a refund or compensation.
• Only the person who placed the order has the authority to make decisions regarding the order. Family members or third parties are not authorized to make changes or provide instructions unless explicitly agreed upon by FIERO. This is to prevent confusion and ensure that the order meets the exact specifications requested by the customer.
7. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full before the final delivery of the product. For custom orders, a 75% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due before delivery. In the case where the customer provides their own fabric, 100% payment is required in advance. FIERO reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment is received.
8. Product Availability
Once an order is placed, the fabrics are ordered from international mills and suppliers. The customer acknowledges that once the fabric is selected, no changes can be made to the fabric or design. Customers must be certain of their choices at the time of order confirmation.
9. Special Requests
FIERO may consider special requests made by the customer, but reserves the right to accept or decline such requests based on the feasibility, availability of fabrics, and alignment with FIERO’s processes. Special requests cannot override the standard procedures established by FIERO.
10. Miscommunication and Coordination
To ensure the accuracy and quality of the final product, FIERO will only communicate with the person who placed the order. Family members or third parties will not be able to provide instructions or make changes to the order. Clients are encouraged to stay in direct communication with FIERO to avoid any miscommunication or misunderstandings.
• FIERO is not responsible for any confusion arising from instructions given by third parties.
11. Fabric Responsibility
FIERO is not responsible for any defects or issues arising from fabrics provided by the customer. While all in-house fabrics used by FIERO are carefully inspected, any fabrics provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer.
12. Product Care and Maintenance
FIERO provides care instructions for all garments. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow these instructions. FIERO is not liable for any damage resulting from improper care or handling.
13. Shipping and International Orders
• FIERO offers shipping within Bangladesh and internationally. All shipping charges for international orders will be borne by the customer.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. FIERO is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
14. Force Majeure
FIERO is not liable for any delays or failure to deliver products due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
15. Product Refunds and Replacements
• If FIERO is at fault for any mistakes made during the tailoring process, the product will be replaced free of charge. However, refunds are not possible unless the issue arises due to FIERO’s error.
• FIERO will assess all issues fairly and ensure that replacement products are crafted to the customer’s satisfaction.
16. Privacy and Data Protection
FIERO respects the privacy of its customers and is committed to protecting any personal information shared during the ordering process. We will not share customer data with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
17. Trial Process and Customer Cooperation
Customers are required to attend all necessary trial fittings and provide input when needed. Custom clothing often requires multiple fittings to ensure a perfect fit. Delays or missed appointments may result in delays in delivery and cannot be used as grounds for a refund or compensation.
18. Professional Tailoring Process and Customer Cooperation
FIERO is proud to have a team of highly skilled master tailors who are experts in ensuring the perfect fit and preserving the right look for our clients. They are professionals with extensive experience in the art of tailoring, and their expertise is central to providing the best possible results for custom clothing.
While we understand that clients may wish to involve friends and family during trials and fittings, we kindly request that such individuals refrain from interfering in the fitting process, taking measurements, or suggesting changes to the product that may not align with our established custom tailoring guidelines. Unnecessary interference in the professional fitting process can cause confusion, conflict, or disruption in the business operations and may affect the final product’s quality.
We respectfully ask that clients directly interact with FIERO’s team throughout the fitting and tailoring process. Our experienced team is here to provide guidance and ensure that every detail meets your expectations. This will help us deliver the best possible outcome and maintain a smooth and effective operation.
19. Protection Against Unpleasant Behavior and Abuse of Influence
FIERO is committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment for both our clients and our team. We take any form of abusive behavior, including but not limited to threats, intimidation, or attempts to use influence or power—whether through personal, political, or law enforcement connections—very seriously. These actions can create a harmful and unpleasant environment that undermines the quality of service we provide.
In cases where such behavior is observed, or when a client attempts to use their position to intentionally harm or disrupt the business, FIERO reserves the right to:
• Refuse to accept or continue the order.
• Immediately refund the customer’s payment, if applicable, without further obligation.
• Take appropriate legal action if the actions are deemed malicious or intended to cause harm to the business, its employees, or its reputation.
FIERO considers these actions as intentional and targeted attempts to disrupt operations. In such cases, any legal action taken by the customer will be considered a demonstration of their intent to harm the business. FIERO will take all necessary steps to protect its interests, including pursuing legal recourse if required.
FIERO maintains the right to determine what constitutes unacceptable behavior, and we encourage all clients to interact with respect and professionalism.
20. Customer Cooperation and Professionalism
At FIERO, we are fully committed to delivering the highest quality service and ensuring a perfect fit for all our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where an unpleasant experience arises due to an imperfect fit or other issues. In such cases, FIERO is dedicated to making the necessary adjustments and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the final product.
We kindly request that our clients, guests, and customers remain cooperative and respectful during the process. If any issues arise, we ask that they avoid engaging in arguments, creating chaos, or making disrespectful remarks towards any of our employees, whether in frustration or dissatisfaction. Such behavior disrupts the positive environment at FIERO and is not conducive to resolving issues.
Customers are encouraged to stay calm and understand that FIERO is determined and fully committed to correcting any mistakes and providing the best service possible. We are here to ensure your satisfaction and appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work together to resolve any concerns.
21. Changes to Terms and Conditions
FIERO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to the customer as necessary.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
